FUNDRAISER ASSISTANCE POLICY
Preamble: UDI Edmonton has received requests for assistance with fundraisers, both personal and corporate. As this "assistance" is not part of UDI Edmonton's mandate, it has been decided that a policy be put in place respecting fundraiser assistance.
UDI Edmonton will provide the UDI Members with access to the Members List. The corporation/ individual can use the list to solicit for donations/support.
UDI Edmonton shall not be listed on the fundraiser information as a supporter of the charity or fundraiser. UDI Edmonton shall not send out fundraiser notices or be the contact for fundraisers.
The UDI Edmonton office shall not be used as the mailing or contact office for information regarding fundraisers.
